Rick Maysenhoelder, MBA, CMA
Rick has over 25 years of experience in the finance and real estate industry. This experience includes management jobs in consumer finance, leasing, banking, and real estate lending and development. Rick holds an MBA from Queen’s University, and is a Certified Management Accountant. Rick also holds an Urban Land Economics Diploma and Site Planning Certificate from the University of British Columbia. With experience in financing over $1.5 billion in commercial real estate projects, he has been recognized by some of Canada’s leading banks and financial institutions as an expert in the mortgage lending business. His experience financing various types of real estate ventures across Canada brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and expertise in helping structure secure mortgage investment deals. Rick is the past Vice President of the Mortgage Investment Association of British Columbia and currently sits on the organizations speakers committee.
