Commercial real estate financing can be complex in nature. With special projects the process can sometimes take up to several months to complete. In
the final analysis, the success we have been able to achieve for our clients comes from our ability to work closely with them, listening to their needs and building solutions

Borrowing Process
Once a potential project is identified, information is assembled from
various sources and projects are underwritten in order to determine
realistic financing objectives given prevailing market conditions.
If you (the borrower) agree with our evaluation, an exclusive agency
agreement is entered into, giving City Mortgage the mandate to represent
you and the project under specified guidelines to the financial community.
When an agreement has been reached and the project financing is in
place, we remain involved on an ongoing basis to ensure your needs
are being properly taken care of.
